As a National Parks and Wildlife Service EcoPass holder, I am authorised to take trail running groups into the National Parks.
The cost of the courses is all-inclusive (you will need to provide your nutrition for the runs only as well as all mandatory gear required for your specific event – this is detailed in the briefing documents)
Equipment – The camp is an opportunity to get as near to a race day experience as possible. The mandatory kit is listed in this information pack and is based on the UTA Mandatory Kit. Nutrition - Please bring your own nutrition for the runs and it is a good opportunity to practice race day fueling and hydration. The amount will depend on the run’s duration and is published in the agendas for guidance.
With the coaches on tap to ask questions regarding race preparation, gear and mandatory equipment, training and race nutrition, racing tactics, race day pacing specific course details.
