Everyone Is a Runner.

Ever wanted to run a Trail or Ultra Marathon and you are unsure how to train?  Yep, we've all been there, including me!

Journey2Ultra Coach Ash D
Ash Daniels

At Journey2Ultra I believe everyone is a runner, some of us just need a little help in starting the journey to take that first step.  Others are already well on the journey and are looking to improve their performances but are not sure how.  Having coached new runners to 100milers, I know how to get you to the start line as prepared as possible for the demands of your race.

My coaching philosophy is built around you as an individual.  This means training for an event is more than just the training plan.  Balancing your life, family commitments and work whilst ensuring the training is focused on the demands of the race you have signed up for.

A Selection of Events Coached:

Ultra Trail Australia - All distances 11,22,50 and 100km

Ultra Trail Kosciuszko - All distances 32, 50, 108 and 100 mile

Multiple Road Marathons and Half Marathons

Great Ocean Road

Coastal Classic

Noosa Running Festival

Lonely Mountain Ultra

Buffalo Stampede

I am an Athletics Australia, Level 3 Performance Development Coach in Trail and Ultra Marathons.   This makes sure your plans are written with the most up-to-date training methods.
