There are a number of options to get you on your way, and some examples below.  Whether you're new to running with big plans, or just looking for guidance on a specific race.  Give us a shout and we will work out what works best for you.

Ongoing Coaching Program

This program is for a runner with longer term goals, with multiple races:

  • Weekly, individual training program based on long term goals and multiple race plans, specific to you

  • Weekly analysis and feedback from previous sessions using TrainingPeaks

  • Training program changes (because we know your life changes)

  • Contact me as much as you want.  A key part of the athlete and coach relationship is open communications

  • Multiple event and race day planning

  • Nutrition planning, both for your races and training sessions

  • Mental planning, racing can be as much about the mental aspects as the physical

  • Advice on multiple races, equipment requirements and planning

  • TrainingPeaks Premium Athlete subscription

Single Race Specific Program

This program is for a runner with a shorter term goal or just trying out and looking for guidance:

  • Weekly, individual training program based on short term goal and 1 race plan, specific to you

  • Weekly analysis and feedback from previous sessions using TrainingPeaks

  • Training program changes (because we know your life changes)

  • Contact me as much as you want.  A key part of the athlete and coach relationship is open communications

  • Specific event and race day planning

  • Nutrition planning, both for your race and training sessions

  • Mental planning, racing can be as much about the mental aspects as the physical

  • Advice on your specific race equipment and plan

  • Minimum commitment of 4 months prior to your event (we want you to be ready!)
