Group runs for all abilities. Monday evenings and Friday mornings. Want to start running and not sure how? Come and join us, regardless of if you are new to running or a seasoned veteran. Our sessions cater for all abilities and no one is left behind.  See link below if you are new to running or a little unsure to set your mind at rest:

Generally all our runs start at Como pleasure grounds carpark.

Monday Evenings

6:30pm,  45-60 mins

Performance Sessions:
  • Interval and hill sessions

  • Speed work

  • Fartlek

  • Trails

  • Suits all levels and a focus on a particular workout each week

  • Race training, tips and equipment

Friday Mornings

6:00am, 45 mins

Introductions to Running:
  • Great sessions if you are just starting out and suits all levels

  • Building running confidence

  • Shorter quality sessions

  • Read link below if new to running or a little unsure




  • Per session, turn up as and when you want

  • Pay on the night or in advance



  • Both weekly Sessions, Monday and Friday

  • Pay in advance DD

Fee is payable at the start of each new calendar month, at the first session you attend and is only valid for sessions within that calendar month.



  • 1 session per week, Monday or Friday

  • You choose the session, whatever fits your schedule
